Hi Andrea thanks for the suggestion.
I tried enabling XML Workflow but received the error: "ERROR: relation "cwf_claimtask" does not exist Position: 15" I followed the wiki https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC5x/Configurable+Workflow: Edit: dspace/config/xmlui.xconf commenting out: <aspect name="Original Workflow" path="resource://aspects/Workflow/" /> and uncommenting: <aspect name="XMLWorkflow" path="resource://aspects/XMLWorkflow/" /> dspace/config/modules/workflow.cfg commenting: #workflow.framework: originalworkflow and uncommenting: workflow.framework: xmlworkflow I also migrated the db using: [dspace]/bin/dspace database migrate even though a restart of Tomcat is apparently enough with the xmlworkflow configured in workflow.cfg. I also ran the Java-based migration. This resulted in: # /opt/dspace/bin/dspace dsrun org.dspace.xmlworkflow.migration.RestartWorkflow -e [email protected] All workflowitems will be sent back to the first workflow step.
