Hi Kevin, I think the lack of search results when selecting “view items” is due to the authority.minconfidence (or related authority.minconfidence.dc.contributor.author) parameter.

Hence it is Ambiguous which one to Add and when using the option to 'view items' this produces an ID, but clicking on the id produces no meaningful results in the Search. This seems to happen on Authors with no ORCID ID. Authors with an ORCID ID works OK. Essentially, I am expecting to see returned an Author with all items associated with the Author returned in the 'view items' link. I can't understand why this not the case. Is there further configuration I need to do to achieve this?
