I have a DSpace 6.3 installation I am trying to pair with a Wordpress website, on the same public server. I am attempting to access DSpace content to populate pages in Wordpress and have made some crude successes.
What I would like to do is to write AJAX applications using server side queries (for Wordpress pages), written in PHP, to directly access the DSpace database in Postgresql. The DSpace database tables are a mystery to me. I can list them, but can't find my most critical data: Item titles, descriptions and handles.
