Hi, On this note, I've filed an issue requesting to improve the default tombstones in DSpace 7+:
https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/issues/2880 In previous versions of DSpace it was possible to add more information in the tombstone. I would like to at least be able to say this item was replaced by another, or whatever. For now I'm using Dublin Core metadata fields to say whether an item replaces another or was replaced (in the case of duplicates).
