Hi Carolyn, If you are still encountering this issue, I'd recommend considering an upgrade to 7.6.2. I *suspect* that the issue might be related to some general Submission Form saving issues which were fixed (or at least vastly improved) in the 7.6.2 release. It may not have to do with the PDF upload itself, but rather to do with the saving of the form that occurs after an upload.
