In testing for our upgrade to DSpace 9, we've discovered that the "Return 
to Pool" button in MyDSpace Workflow items is not working properly. The 
console reports that the delete action returned successfully, the user gets 
a green "operation successful" confirmation but the item remains claimed by 
the user, even after page refresh, even after logging out and logging back 
in. 

The other options -- Edit, View, Approve, and Reject -- all function 
normally. 

Has anyone else run into this? Any advice for things to try or investigate?
