Please check your dspace.log for more detail info about the case.
Might, you meet with the same as we do repeatedly, if the error in
dspace.log is like this:

This is a problem of user/group write access to Tomcat/Spring working
directories as listed in the dspace.log. The Tomcat or Spring (depending
on dSpace version) must have write rights to them, including potential
original directory, if the mentioned are just symlinks. We meet the
case, that some background process, might in Almalinux we use, changes
these rights and causes the upload error then.
