Bonjour, Just checking if anyone encounter the same kind of (unfortunatly random) problem with Workflow items in DSpace (we are using 9.2).
The problem occurs when editing a workflow item: the page froze (Save or Save for later buton cannot be clicked) and must be reloaded, resulting in the loss of unsaved information that was added or modify during the session. Unfortunatly this problem is random and cannot be reproduced easily, moreoever, there is absolutly no information in DSpace log (error or warning). Here is what we are doing when the problem occurs: 1) After a need deposit is done, take the task and click Edit 2) In the submission form, modify information 3) Open a new windows or tab to verify information (i.e go to Journal Policy finder to validate journal autoarchiving policy) 4) Go back to DSpace submission form and add information. 5) Try to save or save for later, button cannot be clicked, the page need to be reloaded, the submission form is displayed (no need to relog) but all information is lost. Have you ever dealt with similar problems? Thank you very much.
