Hi Loide, First, I would recommend looking into your logs for any possible errors that are occurring when you try to reset a password or register a new user. Since it sounds like this started happening after an OS upgrade, you could also double check that the versions of your major dependencies are still all supported versions for 7.6.x (see requirements list in Installation Guide <https://wiki.lyrasis.org/spaces/DSDOC7x/pages/183076533/Installing+DSpace> for supported versions of requirements). Also, you could try testing with different email addresses to see if some are receiving emails while others aren't, as that would also give more information. For example, see this thread <https://groups.google.com/g/dspace-tech/c/-7kiYXlW63k/m/95MoZVeaAwAJ> about trouble sending to specifically Gmail and Yahoo emails. When you ran the "test-email" command, was an email successfully sent to the admin address configured at mail.admin?
