Hi there,
We've just upgraded our Dev system from v1.3.2 to v1.4.1 and now we are
getting the following Internal Server Error whenever we try to add an
item. Browsing etc seems to be working fine. The error occurs whenever
we submit the first Describe page - I've tried this across a number of
pre-existing test collections (with different levels of customisation),
but the result is the same - anyone any ideas?
