This page is (and has been) linked from the DSpace Wiki: http://wiki.dspace.org/index.php/LightweightNetworkInterface It is a placeholder until (and if) anyone ever has time to develop more official documentation for the LNI. There aren't any links to that page from elsewhere in the wiki, though there used to be. Unfortunately teh wiki search mechanism doesn't recognize any three-letter words so a search for "LNI" comes up dry. > might consider looking more closely at LNI (Lightweight Network > Interface). Larry, does it have an functionality to query if a user > has submission rights on a collection? (That is, beyond actually > attempting to submit a package). Yes, see the PROPFIND request, it shows a crude translation of permissions on a collection. Please note, however, that this is completely unsupported code -- I don't have time to give any more advice or support on it. With the documentation there and other pages it mentions on the WebDAV protocol you should have all the information you need, though. -- Larry ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
