I am testing the collection access restrictions using Dspace 1.3.2 and have tried setting a restrictive policy on one of my collections. I removed all anonymous reads including default_bitstream_read. However I am still able to download/open the files in that collection and I can't understand why.
I have successfully restricted individual items but not the entire collection. Am I doing something wrong? I poked around the resourcepolicy table to see if there were any clues but I can't decipher it. Is there a description of the resourcepolicy table that translates the action_id or resource_id? I also checked the wiki but came up empty. Am I on the right track? Thanks in advance for any help.
