Hi Mohammad,

the community list
[your-Dspace-URL]/community-list

shows an hierarchical list, where only containers on the same level are 
arranged alphabetically, i.e.

* Top Level Community A
** Collection A
** Collection B
** Subcommunity A
*** Collection A

* Top Level Community B
** Collection A
** Collection B
** Subcommunity A
*** Collection A
*** SubSubcommunity A

and so on.
