Jim, It looks like you've got apache front-ending your tomcat installation. If you're using the mod_jk worker to do this, take a look at your jk.conf file in /etc/httpd/conf.d. You can add a * after the JkMount line(s) to have if match both .../dspace and .../dspace/
So it'd look something like this: ... JkMount /dspace* ajp13 ...
