Mark:

I started to create a list a of files I have changed and it's so many
that I'm not sure that the list would help you. I've been working on
dspace for 3 years and I have been making code changes since I started.
The list of changes is too long to list.

I've been thinking about ways to have cvs help me with the merge and I
have a few ideas. But could you explain to me what I don with the
changes I made in dspace-web.xml. I'm sure a lot of people have changed
this file for at least just the auth customization. Where does that
kind of change go now?

Thanks for your help.

Jose,

Yes, yours will be challenging. But we would be glad to advise you on
it. Specifically, if it at all possible, could you generate a list of
the alterations you have made against your 1.4 vendor branch? I will be
able to better advise you on what to merge and what to create a new copy
of.

Cheers,
Mark
