Hi Bill,

I was not able to reproduce this on a vanilla 1.5.1 instance.
Could you provide the detailed error logs? Do you got something like 
"org.dspace.browse.BrowseException: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: 
ERROR: relation with OID n does not exist ?


Are you using Postgres < 8.3?
