I understand that the site was moved to a new host, or at least a new
address.  By now I would expect the DNS update to have propagated
throughout the network, but apparently there are still pockets of
outdated information.  Here I have no problems, and the name resolves
thus:

  mw...@mhw ~ $ getent hosts dspace.org
  216.104.40.50   dspace.org

If you get a different first octet, you're getting stale information from
somewhere.
