Hi Evans..

I try to do the same thing..but i failure, for my only work this:

on my Reference.xsl i put this:

<xsl:template match="dri:d...@n='news']">

<h1>My Title </h1>
<p>
bla..bla..bla.. (static content)
</p>
</xsl:template>

and restart my tomcat and works..!

I hope this will give you some idea for resolve your issue..
