That is an old list of DSpace database schema tables, from before 1.5.x. 
  Where are you seeing that database schema list?

All 18 of the tables you've listed below no longer exist in the DSpace 
Database schema, at least not in version 1.5.x or 1.6.x.  The tables 
you've listed were all in DSpace 1.4.x and below, but have since been 
replaced with a new Configurable Browsing system.
