Those images in [dspace-src]/dspace/docs/images/ are actually out-of-date. They are a part of the "html.legacy" documentation that is now obsolete, as mentioned by the [dspace-src]/dspace/docs/README file. Those 'html.legacy' docs will be removed in the very near future. We do not have more recent images at this time, however, you can refer to the [dspace-src]/dspace/etc/database_schema.sql file for the full DSpace Database Schema description in SQL. The best place to go for further DSpace help is the dspace-tech mailing list.
