Ricardo, It'd be best if you could open a bug in JIRA. Even though I've not been able to reproduce these errors locally, I'm concerned that there may be some underlying problem here. So, in order to remind us (the developers) to look into this issue, it'd be best to add it to JIRA.
Sorry I don't have any other suggestions at this time. I'm busy these days preparing for the upcoming Open Repositories 2010 conference (which is next week). Hopefully one of the developers will have time to look into this further, once you create an issue in JIRA.
