Hi..
I am testing DSpace 1.6.2 before I convert my Production system. I found a
problem which has me confused.
If I try to do a submission, I get an Internal Server Error when I get to the
final step. Now, the problem is that I am NOT getting a dspace.log file in the
log directory, so I can't debug the error.
I checked the dspace.cfg and the log4j.properties and everything "looks" OK.
In the tomcat logs, I do some strange errors such as
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger
(org.apache.commons.digester.Digester.sax).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
Does anyone have any hints as to what could be happening to my dspace.log file?
Once I figure that out, then I will have to figure out why Submit fails!
