Hi Jason: Not bugging at all - this is a new area of application, so one's intuitions aren't always reliable. All you need is the terms. In fact, if all items will fall under the same terms and are going into the same collection, I'd be tempted to create an item template, put the embargo terms in that, and then they will automatically get applied to every item (make sure you run ItemImport with the '-p' optiion to pick up the template). This way, you can apply an embargo without having to alter the item metadata in any way... If they vary, however, then you must put the terms in each item.
