Recently I wrote a script that inserted about 4000 epeople in the eperson table, and then made these epeople depositors in the a variety of tables by inserting the appropriate records in the epersongroup2eperso table. It all appears to work just fine, but we are noticing that when in the admin page of a collection and requesting to access the Depositors page ( or any of the pages that are accessible from the collection admin page ), the system takes a bit of time to open up that page. I'm wondering if this is because I did not run index-init after changing these tables. Any ideas?
