Hi,
We've had a long-term problem since updating to Dspace 1.6.2 and I'm sure it
has to do with our configuration and wanted to see if anyone could offer ideas.
Since updating to the Dspace 1.6.2 stats using Solr, the individual item stats
pages simply won't update unless I restart tomcat. Then, that first time the
page is loaded, it will update the item stats page - but then it won't refresh
that data until tomcat is restarted again. The stats themselves are being
logged and no error messages are showing up in the DSpace logs themselves, so
I'm having a hard time figuring out where to start trying to debug this. To
deal with this problem, I simply have a cron task that restarts tomcat each
night - but it's definitely a kudge and I'd like to see if I can find a
solution to this particular problem.
