I had dspace installed earlier then i reinstalled / Repaired my windows 7
OS .. i managed to restore my dspace and it was working well with the intial
Tomcat Server v 7.0.5 that i used.. but when i reinstalled v7.0.16 the
problem began.... MAYBE ITS A TOMCAT BUG/PROBLEM
