Hello, We have configured shibboleth to dspace 1.7.2 and we have a problem if user name contain special characters fe. ä, ö or å. It seems that Dspace does not understand it is receiving shibboleth attributes encoded in utf-8.
All diacritic - characters are mess. Dspace seems to receive them in ISO 8859. Tomcat config should be correct (=Dfile.encoding & URIEncoding = utf-8) Postgres have been initialized by using locale=utf-8 Does somebody know what we are doing wrong?
