That could be coming from two places. Either the initial bind fails,
which you said should be anonymous, so I left out ldap.search.user and
ldap.search.password, or the search fails, which means some of the
search parameters are wrong.

According to what you sent, your LDAP schema uses cn, not uid. Well,
maybe you have an uid attribute, too. Just make sure that cn is
indexed (so that it can be searched on). If it doesn't work, send us
what user attributes look like.

Moreover, there's no configuration option ldap_user_filter. But
ldap.id_field is used this way as search filter.
