I get Apache's 'Service Temporarily Unavailable' page from the
Browser; my tomcat process is no longer listening on port 8080:
root@ir:~# netstat -atupvn | grep LISTEN
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:11211 0.0.0.0:*
LISTEN 1285/memcached
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:80 0.0.0.0:*
LISTEN 1420/apache2
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:22 0.0.0.0:*
LISTEN 1085/sshd
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:25 0.0.0.0:*
LISTEN 1371/master
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:5433 0.0.0.0:*
LISTEN 1157/postgres
tcp6 0 0 10.0.36.11:2641 :::*

tcp6 0 0 :::22 :::*
LISTEN 1085/sshd
tcp6 0 0 10.0.36.11:8000 :::*
LISTEN 1657/java
I have to restart tomcat to get it back:
root@ir:~# /etc/init.d/tomcat6 restart
* Stopping Tomcat servlet engine tomcat6
[ OK ]
* Starting Tomcat servlet engine tomcat6
[ OK ]
root@ir:~# netstat -atupvn | grep LISTEN
