Yes, we'd be happy to share the code that @mire developed. And, we would like 
to get this functionality into a future release of DSpace as a configurable 
'out-of-the-box' option.

Paul, that is some interesting work there! Central collection via OpenURL, with 
deduplication and elimination of robots. I didn't know about it because I 
wasn't at OR12. Do you have any code available? Are you planning to submit 
something for DSpace 4.0? There's a lot of interesting things happening in 
statistics these days.
