Does the fresh_install wipe out the database? (I'm doing this on a test
server/database, but just want to be cognizant of what I'm doing since the
live server is up next.)
And no, I never did a fresh install, as I've been rather slavishly following
the upgrade from 1.8.x to 3.x instructions. Will give that a try.
