Hi Nikita, I'm as surprised as you to find out that autocomplete no longer works in DSpace 3.0 XMLUI (it works in JSPUI). It was dropped in this commit [1], reportedly because it was badly written and memory consuming and that it could come back in DSpace 4.0. I have no more news at this point about when the functionality will be available again.
