Hello,
We notice a significant difference between the number of views reported for
an item in the repository level statistics vs the number of views reported
in the Item level statistics. For example, for a particular item in a given
month, the repository level report indicates 110 views whereas the item
level statistics for the same item report indicates 67 views. Any guidance
on why the difference and how to resolve (if possible) would be appreciated.
