*1. changing the logo*
Right now, I am not sure whether you are either:
- changing the logo in the wrong place
- not following the necessary steps to rebuild & deploy DSpace.
To start with eliminating the second possibility, I recommend you to review
the following page that illustrates which steps you need to take after
making changes, to rebuild your DSpace:
