Hi, We have some items in Workflow that a member of staff has "taken" and so they are in their "Owned tasks", but this member of staff is now on holiday and so we would like to recover these items and return them to the Workflow pool so that they can be picked up by another member of staff during their absence. Is this possible?
I see that I can "Abort" the item and return it to the original submitters personal workspace, but this is not what we want - I can't see a way to do this via the GUI (but perhaps I've just missed something?), but would be happy to poke the database directly to achieve this if anyone can provide any pointers (or fully formed SQL!). We are on DSpace v1.6.2 using JSPUI. Thanks in advance for any help or assistance.
