> http://dspace.2283337.n4.nabble.com/Authorizations-and-Workflow-Steps-tp4656873p4656898.html Thanks for the suggestion but I don't think this addresses the problem I've got - from my reading of the above I think this is addressing the problem of how to add someone to a Workflow Group so that they can see the existing Tasks in the Workflow Pool that are visible to that Group (the solution being to get someone else already in that Group to take the Tasks and then return them to the Pool . . . )? The problem I have is that someone who is not around at the moment has taken the Task, and now I need to put it back in the Pool so that someone else in the Group can take it instead . . .
