The problem is that you didn't uncomment the property: # gui-item-limit = 120
This is what it must look like: gui-item-limit = 120 Then restart Tomcat. But for large files, it's preferable to use the command-line version because with the web interface the HTML pages showing differences can get very large and take a long time to display.
