Hi:
I have installed DSpace 3.1 (xmlui, Mirage) on Windows XP SP3. Everything seems
to work fine ... except for submissions. On the submit page, the collections
drop-down list ('Select the collection you wish to submit an item to.')
contains only 'Select a collection...'. It has not been populated with the
names of the two collections I have (successfully) established. Hence, cannot
proceed further. Clicking on 'Next' to send the form displays the same page.
Reindexing and restarting do not help.
Am I missing something, or is this a known issue on Windows?
