Abstracts can have mathematical formulas but it is a simple text area.

We thought about TinyMCE but it is ugly as we need to upload images of
formulas separately. Best solution would be to use editor which can convert
pasted formulas from word (in our cse) in TeX format but displays them as
proper equation.

Also how to display the equations when viewing an item is another issue.

Also what will happen to indexing when this TeX gibberish will be added
inside abstract?

Any ideas?
