Sorry for late reply.
Today morning also I faced the same problem, i.e. unable to connect the
server.
After shutdown & restarting apache-tomcat three times, I could open the
DSpace page again.
I look at today's log file, i.e. catalina.2013-09-20.log, but I'm unable to
locate the problem.
Kindly help me please.
