Thanks for the quick response. I had already set login.specialgroup = Anonymous. However, when this anonymous user logs-in, he is still told that they've no permissions. I believe the problem i am having is how to exactly set the authorization/policies for the item eg try: http://ir-library.ku.ac.ke/handle/123456789/7629 So I want the Anonymous user to be actually able to download/view the document aftre loging in. Thanks again.
