Hi Wally, and the rest of list
I check the database and tables and it seems that all have the same owner. I
also just discovered that just will not let me upload records when I use
metadata 'editor' and 'citation' but if I do not use I can upload both new
collections as in previous.
I do not know if it is due to the system or database

I had this problem and it
turned out that dspace was not the owner of some of the tables in the
postgres database. I dumped the database to a text file and then went
in with an editor and made sure dspace owned all the tables related to
the application. Then reimported the database. That fixed it.
