Hi everybody
I'm facing a problem from a Dspace harvester (that consumes ORE) from a 5
rc3 instance. It looks like the filename is not correctly encoded/exposed:

http://localhost/xmlui/bitstream/123456789/4275/1/Reconococimiento+por+100+a%C3%B1os+2002.jpg";
title="Reconococimiento por 100 años 2002.jpg" type="image/jpeg"
length="1300166" />
In particular the %C3%B1 for the ñ character. Same thing happens with
accented filenames.
I've been looking at JIRA but this specific problem does not seems to be
reported.
Somebody could confirm?
