1. Dspace taking toooooo long to open/view (download) file.
2. Also suggest best practice (steps/software) for backup and restore for this environment , Please help.
The system details are
OS- RHEL 6.5
Dspace 5.1 (xmlui)
Database- Oracle 11gR2.
