Hi,
I downloaded and tried this but continue to have the compilation problems that I had with the GIT distribution about two months ago (the prevented me from following up on patch-fix verifications). The error is the same:

gcc -dynamiclib ${wl}-flat_namespace ${wl}-undefined ${wl}suppress - o .libs/libdspam.7.0.0.dylib .libs/libdspam.o .libs/heap.o .libs/ diction.o .libs/base64.o .libs/buffer.o .libs/util.o .libs/ nodetree.o .libs/error.o .libs/decode.o .libs/pref.o .libs/ read_config.o .libs/config_shared.o .libs/bnr.o .libs/hash.o .libs/ list.o .libs/external_lookup.o .libs/tokenizer.o .libs/hash_drv.o - lm -install_name /usr/local/lib/libdspam.7.dylib - compatibility_version 8 -current_version 8.0 -Wl,-single_module ld: duplicate symbol _agent_config in .libs/read_config.o and .libs/ pref.o

collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[3]: *** [libdspam.la] Error 1
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all] Error 2
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

I'd appreciate some help in determining the cause of this so that Mac builds will work. Note that this worked with my production build options, as well as just a lone "configure" with no options. I've posted to this list before (April 4) with regards to tried solutions of redefinitions of this function, but didn't get any feedback.

Here's my environment:

Hello all!

The dspam team is happy to announce our first official release! It's
called DSPAM-3.9.0-ALPHA2 aka DSPAM-FISL. The codename was chosen to be FISL as Ion-Mihai Tetcu is giving a talk this Friday about DSPAM at the "Forum International de Software Livre" (FISL) in Porte Alegro, Brazil.

The source tarball can be downloaded from the downloads section at
Sourceforge [1].

Please see the attached release notes below. A detailed changelog is
available in the downloads section on our Sourceforge project space [2].
It's also available inside the tarball.

We would appreciate if packagers/ports maintainers could package this
release so as many people as possible can try this release on their
systems without too much effort. If you made a package of this release,
then please email us a link to your webspace so that we can compile a
list of operating systems with packages available on our website.

Our mailing lists and the bugtracker are happy to help you out if you
run into some problems.

Happy despamming!

The DSPAM Team
