Definitively not me :) Well, putting my RE hat on: There are a lot of things we like to improve but in order to be able to release something as bug-free as possible we need, as with any software release, it comes a moment when you have to stop adding new things and concentrate on bug-fixing instead. RELENG_3_9_0 branch is in feature freeze since we started the release process and this unfortunately means that the new features for WebUI won't make it in 3.9.0.
