The benefit of the code is that all the translations could be in one single
file. But splitting the languages into single files is probably easier for
users translating the text.
You know that the way the multi language thing is done on the Web UI was just a
quick hack to get a possibility to add translations to the Web UI until the new
Web UI is ready? And now we keep changing and patching a Web UI we all want to
get rid of. Strange :)
