It's not odd, they are purely options to the port, not options to the
dspam build. The fact that dspam uses a CLAMAV define is purely
coincidental, the port passes --enable-clamav to "configure" to enable
clam support.

The difference between the two is the version of clamav that gets
installed as a dependency.
