Actually, if you google the Web, you can find quite a number of people 
complaining about problems with the css-related tools. Not everyone takes the 
time to write bug reports, but a lot of people like to tell their adventures on 
blogs and forums ;-).

The problem is, it is likely to become the "default" driver in the Debian 
packages. Especially because it has no additional dependences. So, yes, it is 
important.

I get the problem with valid users. And I don't think cssclean and other 
css-tools look at dspam's users in /var/spool/dspam. But I might be wrong.
