More than one year after the previous release, the DSPAM team is happy
to announce the long awaited release of DSPAM 3.10.0.

Users running DSPAM 3.9.0, 3.9.1RC1 or some GIT version are all
encouraged to upgrade to 3.10.0. We expect no issues during the upgrade.
For older versions, be sure to read the UPGRADE file.

Changes since the previous release include:
- - Support for MySQL 5.5 added
- - Support for MySQL <5.0 dropped
- - Updated license from GPLv2 to AGPLv3
- - Many bugfixes
